Start at the beginning, it’s the perfect place to start. This series is created for people who have never done yoga before and who are open to the possibilities this powerful practice has to offer. Learn fundamental alignment of the basic postures, begin to explore the breath and uncover the innate wisdom of the human body. Everyone welcome!
