New! Yoga Basics and Yoga Intermediate with Adi Carter

Adi Carter teaches Sunday mornings now: Yoga Basics from 9:00-10:00am, and then Yoga Intermediate from 10:30am-12:00pm. Yoga Basics: Slower paced and alignment-driven asana which complements a more vigorous physical practice and is perfect, too, for those who generally prefer more basic, yet focused, practice. Great for any level yogi.

Yoga Intermediate: A fun, flowy class intended to help you to stretch, strengthen and stabilize your body. The practice will incorporate aspects of a Vinyasa inspired flow focusing on building strength for the shoulders & low back with a juicy touch of core work for integration to progress into fun variations of different yoga poses. Filled with plenty of options for students of all levels, this class is ideal for anyone who enjoys a creative flow in addition to self maintenance and taking care of the areas of the body that experience a lot of use in yoga, physical activity and good ol’ life!


Not Just Yoga Yoga with Sondra Loring

Mondays, 8:30-10:00am, $18/Class Card
Come study with master teacher Sondra Loring at Satya! This class breaks new ground by introducing rotating chapters in the storybook of yoga practice. Each class will explore a unique mix: yoga philosophy, science, mantra, asana, pranayama, partnering, props, poetry, and meditation.

This class is for you if you are:
-looking for integration and inspiration
-longing to dive into something powerful
-hoping for a deep physical practice with personalized attention
-seeking guidance and support for body, mind and heart
-needing a self-compassion recharge


Power Lunch with Rachel

Tue/Thu/Fri 12:15-1:00pm, $10
Rachel Hyman-RouseThis 45-minute class is designed for the student who likes to move and is looking to establish or maintain a consistent asana practice. This is an active Vinyasa style class designed each month around the studio’s focus of the month. Over the course of the month, the series of poses is consistent to allow the students to learn and make progress with peak or challenging poses. The teacher will be practicing along side you, calling out the poses but there is limited alignment instruction and no adjustments. You are welcome to modify as much as you need. This is an opportunity for you to develop your own practice along side other students. Come throw down your mat and flow with us!


Early Rising Yoga with Mela Stevens

Thursdays 6:30-7:45am, $18/Class Card
Mela StevensAn all-levels gentle yoga and meditation class for YOU: the early riser who wants an opportunity to practice before the day begins. Good for all levels, the class will combine asana (physical poses), prananaya (breathing practices), dharana (concentration) and dhyana (contemplation and meditation). Come salute the sun as it’s rising!


Beginner’s Mind Meditation with Nancy O’Hara

2nd & 3rd Fridays of every month, 6:00-7:00pm, $15
Starts April 14. Coming back to our breath and to each moment is the essence of all meditation practice. Sitting together in community and establishing a regular practice can lead to improved focus, clarity, and personal equanimity. Each session will include gentle instruction, spiritual readings, sitting in silence, walking meditation and Q&A. Beginners and experienced practitioners welcome.
