$10/Drop-in, for girls ages 13-17

  • Do you ever just want to scream?
  • Do you sometimes feel like you’ve got some of the seven dwarfs living inside you (Grumpy, Sleepy, Achey, Crampy…if Crampy was a dwarf)?
  • Do you reach for sugar or junk food to feel better, and then end up feeling worse?
  • Are you feeling stiff–both inside and outside of your body?

In this 7-class series, we’ll practice yoga and learn how to open up space inside our bodies and feel stronger and more balanced.

We’ll also learn how to use our breath to feel calmer, and to think more clearly and purposefully.

In addition, we’ll explore how snacks can help balance our energy and moods, and how resting enough and having enough fun are just as important as moving enough. No prior yoga experience needed.

mela stevensMela Stevens is a registered yoga teacher and nutrition/wellness coach. When she was a teen, she thought PMS stood for: “Poor Mela Stevens”! Her journey began then and there. She wished she had yoga and wellness in her self-care toolbox then. She’s glad to share it with you now.
